What type of franchise is available?
PR Gaz Haus offers INDIVIDUAL franchises for the development and
operation of a PR Gaz Haus store outlet.

How much does the franchise cost?
The total estimated investment for this franchise is about P980,000
to P1,300,000 for a PR Gaz Haus outlet ranging from 25 to 40 square meters
including the initial fee of P150,000.00 + vat. The franchise fee helps
to cover the cost of providing you with business opening assistance,
initial training, and other support and franchise development services.
This fee also entitles you to continued use of the PR Gaz Haus name and
trademarks, access to operating systems, marketing assistance, ongoing
business development, consulting, and other benefits that come with being
a part of the PR Gaz Haus organization.

How long before I recover my investment?
Our estimated period of recovery is from 2 to 2 ½ years depending
on the aggressiveness of the franchisee.

How much is the royalty fee for continuing support services?
PR Gaz Haus will charge 1% as royalty fee for continuing services.

How much training is provided in the PR Gaz Haus system of operations?
After you sign a franchise agreement, you and your senior staff will
attend training for about 5 days at our Head Office and 3 weeks training
at PR Gaz Haus LPG Convenience Store near your area. Our training program
provides classroom as well as on-the-job training in all aspects of the
business, including PR Gaz Haus store ins and outs, product knowledge,
selling the PR Gaz Haus way, customer service, PR Gaz Haus systems, procedures
and maintenance.

What form of continuing guidance will I receive?
You will receive periodic visits from your franchise representative who
will provide guidance and quality control, and answer any questions you
may have. Company may periodically provide refresher-training programs.
You will receive a copy of the Confidential Operations Manual containing
policies and procedures involved in running your business. In addition,
you, as franchisee, will benefit from PR Gaz Haus’ logistical capability.
PR Gaz Haus’ refilling plants will deliver and pick-up cylinders
for refill.

What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of the franchise agreement is 5 years, renewable.
